Can I list my assets here?

Yes. We do not charge a listing fee. If you wish to be registered, simply click on the 'Asset list' link at the bottom of the page. As long as your assets pass our internal criteria, we will get you listed as soon as possible.

'Internal Criteria' can include things like the type of asset, the size of your community, what your assets represent, community interactions, and many other things.

 

Two-factor security?

Two-factor security is by far one of the best ways to secure your account and prevent unauthorized use. Passwords are routinely leaked all the time on the internet. Even if someone has your password, if they don't have access to your two-factor device, then they can't log in. You can use the website without two-factor security, but a daily limit may be placed on your account.

 

How do you store coins safely while stored here?

We store most of the funds in secure offline wallets. When deposits come into the system, we move them directly to a secure wallet, then we only move assets to a withdrawal wallet as needed. The amount we keep in the withdrawal wallet may vary depending on the volume of withdrawal activity.

 

What is your backup policy?

We back up databases, configuration files and wallet files every 4 hours. The backup is then taken by an external server for storage with a 30 day retention. External backup servers do not have public IP addresses and are stored in a secure area.
